ETV Information for URMs

Unaccompanied Refugee Minors (URMs): Youth who enter the United States prior to age 18 – Students classified as an Unaccompanied Refugee Minor or URM will need to complete one of the applications below. If you are unsure of your classification, please contact your USCCB Case Manager.

Youth eligible for the URM Program include: refugee minors, Amerasians, Cuban and Haitian entrants, Asylees, victims of a severe form of trafficking, and eligible minors reclassified/designated to URM.

*The application above is for URMs who are first-time ETV applicants (Unaccompanied Refugee Minors who have never applied for ETV before)

*This form is to verify eligibility for the Education and Training Voucher Program for the Unaccompanied Refugee Minors in Foster Care.

*This application is only for URMs who have already applied for ETV in the past (Unaccompanied Refugee Minors who are re-applying for ETV benefits)

*This form is so that the ETV Provider may make financial arrangements on your behalf.
