If you wish to appeal the denial of your ETV funds please state in writing that you wish to appeal and state the reasons why the denial of funds was incorrect and include any supporting documents.
Your appeal must be received within 30 days of the receipt of the denial letter. Send the appeal to either: 4346 NW Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78229 – or email ETV@bcfs.net
All appeals submitted completely and on time will be reviewed by the Lead Program Coordinator and/or Program Director.
