A username and password is required to fill out an application. To begin, click “Login to start” below.
Next, if this is your first time using this online system, click “New user registration.”
Fill out each section of the application, labeled in the light grey boxes at the top of the page (School year & semester, Applicant info, School info, Case manager info, Participant agreement). Complete all fields marked with a red asterix (*). Click “Save” at the bottom of the page as you complete each section.
When each section is complete, scroll down and click “Save and Review.” Double-check the info on the “Review” page is correct before clicking “Submit.” Requests will be processed within 24 hours or the next business day.
