Application Process
Submitting your application is easy. Apply online or download copies of the initial application or update application to complete and submit via mail, fax or email.

Documents
Be sure to gather the necessary documents for the Initial Application and Application Update processes. If you need assistance gathering any of the following documents, please contact DPFS PAL staff, URM staff, case manager or ETV coordinator.
Deadlines & Reminders
To avoid any delays please submit your current grades and schedules. Please allow 20 days for a check to be issued. If attending a vocational or training program please contact ETV for application deadlines.
Application Deadlines:
- Fall → October 1
- Spring → March 1
- Summer → July 1
