Del Rio, Tx. – Con un taller sobre comida saludable arrancó el Programa de Verano de la Comisión Trinacional de Salud (Cotrina), que se llevó a cabo de manera gratuita para niños de nivel primaria, quienes recibirán capacitaciones en distintos temas.

Las agencias que estarán ofreciendo presentaciones durante este programa de verano serán WIC, SCAN, Quad Counties, BCFS Health and Human Services Del Rio y el Departamento de Parques y Vida Silvestre de Texas.

Del Rio, Tx. – The Summer Program of the Trinational Health Commission (Cotrina) started, which was carried out free of charge for primary school children.

The agencies that will be offering presentations during this summer program will be WIC, SCAN, Quad Counties, BCFS Health and Human Services – Del Rio and the Texas Department of Parks and Wildlife.

Del Río, Tx.- El departamento de BCFS Health and Human Sevices de Del Río está invitando a los jóvenes de esta población para registrarse a sus grupos juveniles que tendrán, en donde serán capacitados en cómo tomar las mejores decisiones en su vida cotidiana para un futuro prometedor.

Del Rio, Tx.- Del Rio’s BCFS Health and Human Sevices department is inviting young people from 10 to 17 years of age, to register for their youth groups that they will hold. Youth will be taught how to make the best decisions in their daily lives for a promising future.

Del Río, Tx.- Para la próxima junta de interagencias de esta población se tendrá como invitado especial al personal de la Oficina del Sheriff de Val Verde, quienes estarán ofreciendo una presentación denominada “Cuidando a tu comunidad”.

Esta reunión que es organizada por el BCFS Health and Humans Services de Del Rio, se hace con la finalidad de que cada agencia dé a conocer los programas que están llevando a cabo, de esta manera otras agencias pueden aportar algo para mejorar el servicio a la comunidad.

Del Río, Tx.- The next interagency meeting will have a special guest from the Val Verde Sheriff’s Office, who will be offering a presentation called “Caring for your community.”

This meeting, which is organized by BCFS Health and Human Services-Del Rio, is done with the purpose that each agency discloses the programs that are being carried out, allowing other agencies to contribute something to improve the services to the community.

Del Río, Tx.- El Concilio Trinacional de Salud está invitando a la comunidad a que participen en su campamento de verano que llevarán a cabo de manera gratuita con la participación de cinco diferentes agencias y organizaciones de esta población.

Del Rio, TX – The members of the Community Health Improvement Coalition met to kick-start this new project. Those present for the meeting were representatives from different health agencies, such as the Texas Department of Health, BCFS Health and Human Services, City Health Department, the same local hospital, among others.

Del Río, Texas.– Con la finalidad de hacer los preparativos para la conferencia que presentarán sobre salud mental en el mes de octubre, los integrantes de la Coalición de Mejoramiento de la Salud de la Comunidad se reunieron para dar arranque a este nuevo proyecto.

También estuvieron presentes representantes de diferentes agencias de salud, como el Departamento de Salud del Estado de Texas, BCFS Health and Human Services, Departamento de Salud de la Ciudad, del mismo hospital local, entre otros.
