GOLIAD/REFUGIO – BCFS Education Services now is enrolling children for the 2019-20 school year for the Head Start program in Goliad and Refugio.
When applying for the Head Start program parents must provide child’s birth certificate, immunization record, 1040, W2 or previous month’s pay stub that includes Y-T-D and proof of residency.
